Fire Door Inspections

What you need to know…

Fire doors are crucial for containment and prevention of the spread of fire.

They also provide vital means of escape.

If any of the components of a fire door set are not functioning properly, it will not be effective in preventing heat and smoke spreading. The results can be catastrophic.

Detailed inspections. Clear reports. Reliable service.

Why Regular Inspections Matter

There is a legal requirement to ensure that fire resisting doors and escape doors are correctly installed and adequately maintained at all times. Fire door inspections are the only way to ensure all components of a fire door are in a safe functioning state. Wear and tear to any aspect of a fire door set can result in defects and failure.

Qualified & Experienced Inspectors

Our fire door inspectors are qualified to Diploma level through the Fire Door Inspection Scheme (FDIS) and hold British Fire Consortium (BFC) EAL Level 3 accreditation.
